Welcome to Steak N Bake, where we proudly offer a unique culinary experience by combining fresh, locally sourced ingredients with all-but-forgotten live-fire cooking techniques. Our custom built mobile food unit features a MASSIVE porch mounted Santa Maria style grill, utilizing local Oak wood splits as fuel. This provides our patrons with a unique front row seat as they witness Pitmaster and Owner Lucas prepare the entirety of their meal over live flames.

Whether you dine with us at one of our roadside locations or choose us to make your next catered event something truly special, the Steak N Bake experience is one you won't soon forget!
